We host trivia every Tuesday night at 7:30! Join us at the brewery for 6 exciting rounds of trivia with a variety of topics that change weekly!

Keith Taylor, Dustin Jennings, Andy Lemaire, and Jeff Wade, along with Jack King, came together over a shared love of music. Avid followers of jazz, they joined their talents to form Red Umber over 10 years ago. Ever since, they have traveled North Carolina helping their fans lose themselves in the music. Whether playing for a crowd of 10 or 10,000 Red Umber hopes to spark a passion for music in everyone who hears them play.

Raphael Graves has been performing and recording music in Western North Carolina since 2008, with occasional time spent in theatre and directing music videos. 

While stylistically a rock vocalist, his work has been a feature in numerous acts throughout the years. From performing tributes to inspirational artists like Jane’s Addiction & Pink Floyd, as well as his current 80’s tribute act, LAZRLUVR, and original multi-genre music, Raphael adapts to diverse demands. 

 Though recently displaced from Asheville, NC in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene (2024), Raphael is still performing, producing and maintaining a fully booked calendar. As of 2025, he has produced and co-produced, four studio records dating back to 2010 and spanning multiple genres. He has won multiple awards in WNC as a vocalist in numerous projects over the years, including being recognized by Asheville, North Carolina’s publication, MountainXpress, as a top vocalist in the region. 

 Raphael is known for his genre versatility, subversion and commitment, with a chameleon-like ability to navigate vocal and musical stylings across generations. His live performances are often unpredictable and continue to sell out all over North & South Carolina.

Red Umber’s jazz style is warm and velvety with a pop-friendly sensibility that swerves into the mainstream. A quartet built around strong musicianship, Dustin Jennings takes a lyrical approach that’s closer to a vocalist than a bebop horn player with melodic hooks instead of dense improvisation. His grooves fit nicely in the pocket blending with Andy Lemaire’s expressive electric guitar and a gifted rhythm section steered by bassist Keith Taylor and drummer Jeff Wade. The music carries a mix of nostalgia, optimism and light funk that makes it accessible to both jazz audiences and crossover listeners.
